For almost 3 decades as a mental health clinician, I worked with children and families of children with neurodevelopmental differences and mental health challenges to heal, grow, and live their lives fully.

Through CAFE Moms, I am focusing my efforts, time, and wisdom on proactively helping Entrepreneurial Moms (and Dads too!)  to overcome feelings of overwhelm, distractibility, and distress that come with juggling business and parenting responsibilities. 


It's not easy. I know.


I've been there, running a private practice and household (full of pets!) while parenting (often on my own as my husband worked away...a lot!).


I had to learn to be productive when it felt quite impossible. Without losing my mind.

If I can do it, you can too.

[And, in case you're wondering, why so many coffee images?  Coffee was the first "stimulant" used to help people focus. Catch is, it only helps with focus when your feelings aren't overwhelming you.]
